Rolands Mesters is the CEO and cofounder of Balsio, the modern chat app for professionals. Before launching Balsio, he cofounded a fintech startup that was acquired by GoCardless in 2022. Based in Riga, Latvia, Rolands is an active contributor to the local startup community.

Mārtiņš Spilners (CTO & cofounder)

Mārtiņš Spilners is the CTO and cofounder of Balsio, a new chat app built for professional conversations. Before launching Balsio, he was an engineer at FullContact and saas.group. Based in Riga, Latvia, Mārtiņš is an active contributor to the local developer community.
